DENTAL IMPLANTS
Dental implants.
Implants with natural results, stability and comfort in daily life.
Tooth loss affects more than you think.
Maybe you avoid smiling like you used to. Maybe you struggle with eating or feel instability. It is not just an aesthetic issue. It is a matter of function, comfort and confidence. You don't need to know what the right solution is before you come. That's what the free first visit is for.
THE SOLUTIONS
What we can do for you.
Implant restoration isn't the same for every patient. A different plan is needed when one tooth is missing, another when several are missing, and a different approach when there is extensive tooth loss or reduced bone. At the first assessment we examine the condition of the mouth and recommend the solution that genuinely suits your case.
Single Tooth (Single Implant)
Replacement of one tooth without affecting the adjacent ones. Fully restores function and aesthetics with a natural result.
Ideal for:
Loss of one tooth due to trauma, decay or extraction.
Multiple Implants
Restoration of multiple teeth with fixed solutions, without removable dentures. Designed individually according to your needs.
Ideal for:
Those who have lost multiple teeth and want stability and comfort.
All-on-4 / All-on-6
Full restoration of a jaw with 4 or 6 implants. A stable, functional and aesthetic solution even in cases of total tooth loss.
Ideal for:
Those who wear dentures or have lost all their teeth.
Sinus Lift & Bone Grafting
In cases with reduced bone, techniques are applied that allow safe implant placement.
Ideal for:
Those who have lost bone and think they cannot get implants.
Temporary Teeth Same Day
In selected cases, temporary teeth are placed immediately after implant placement.
Ideal for:
Those who want immediate aesthetic restoration.

ADVANTAGES
Why choose implants:
Adjacent teeth are not affected (no grinding)
Bone loss in the area of the missing tooth is limited
They offer stability and comfort in daily life
They can replace even full dentures
Aesthetically superior, with a natural result
Implants fully restore the function and aesthetics of your smile. You eat, speak and smile with comfort — without limitations and without compromises.
HOW IT WORKS
Implant treatment in clear stages
1
Assessment & planning
We start with a clinical examination, an X-ray check and an assessment of oral health. We check the bone, gums, bite and restoration needs, so we can design the right plan.
2
Implant placement
The implant is placed in the jaw bone, functioning as an artificial root. Healing time is then needed to achieve osseointegration — the bonding of the implant with the bone.
3
Restoration & follow-up
Depending on the case, a temporary restoration may be placed, or we may proceed to the final crown, bridge or full restoration after healing. Once treatment is complete, we guide you on proper care and the necessary check-ups, so the result is maintained long term.

Frequently Asked Questions
Dental implants are artificial roots, usually made of titanium, that are placed in the jaw bone to support one or more artificial teeth. They are used to replace missing teeth and can support crowns, bridges or full restorations.
An implant may be needed when a tooth is missing and we want a fixed restoration without grinding down neighbouring teeth. It can also be used when several teeth are missing or when stabilisation of a full restoration is needed.
Placement is performed under anaesthesia, so the patient feels no pain during the procedure. After placement there may be mild discomfort, swelling or sensitivity, which are managed with the dentist's instructions.
The duration depends on the case. In simple cases it can be completed more quickly, while when bone regeneration, a sinus lift or a larger restoration is needed, the plan may take longer. Healing time is important for the implant to integrate with the bone.
Osseointegration is the process by which the implant gradually bonds with the jaw bone. It's a key stage for the stability of the implant and for the safe placement of the final restoration.
In some cases a temporary restoration can be placed on the same day. However, this isn't suitable for everyone. It depends on the quality of the bone, the stability of the implants and the treatment plan.
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are techniques for restoring an entire jaw, where a fixed prosthetic is supported on 4 or 6 implants. They can be a solution for patients who have lost all or almost all of their teeth and want a more stable alternative to a removable denture.
If there isn't enough bone, bone regeneration or a sinus lift may be needed, especially in the upper jaw. After the assessment, the dentist will explain whether an implant can be placed immediately or whether preparation is needed.
Implants can last a long time, provided they are placed correctly and the patient maintains good oral hygiene and regular check-ups. Their lifespan is affected by care, general health, smoking, the bite and the condition of the gums.
There is no single solution that is best for everyone. Implants offer a fixed restoration and don't need support from neighbouring teeth, but they require sufficient bone and surgical placement. A bridge or denture may be a better choice in some cases. The right decision is made after an assessment.
The cost depends on the number of implants, the need for bone regeneration or a sinus lift, the type of final restoration and the difficulty of the case. After the assessment, a personalised plan is presented with the stages, duration and cost.
Implants need daily oral hygiene and regular check-ups, just like natural teeth. Proper care of the gums around the implant is essential for the long-term stability of the result.
