First Consultation - free of charge
1. Data collection
We record all the necessary information, including your medical history, in order to offer you the right treatment for you.
We want to get to know you, discuss with you your concerns, your preferences and what the ideal treatment for you is.
2. Photos & X-Rays
To perform a comprehensive study of your mouth and jaws, photographs are taken of both your face and mouth.
Essential to any orthodontic treatment is an X-ray examination, which provides us with a complete overview of your mouth and bones.
3. Orthodontic Overview
After gathering all the information, we recommend different orthodontic treatment methods depending on your case. Our orthodontists explain to you the procedure in detail and make an initial estimate of the time needed for your treatment.
This is the time when you can present your questions, wishes and personal expectations. You will not leave until all your questions have been answered!
4. Financial Settlement
Once we have decided on the ideal treatment for you, the method and the duration of your treatment, we present you the cost and the payment options for your treatment in monthly payments.. We explain the process in detail and discuss how it would be the easiest way for you to pay.
During the treatment
During your treatment, you will visit us often. That’s why we try to make each visit as enjoyable as possible!
The duration of your appointment is usually 30 minutes. We only work on the surface of the teeth, so you won’t be in pain. You’ll see that it’s much easier than you imagined.
The average frequency is 1 visit every 6-8 weeks. We really value your time and your punctuality, so we make sure there is no waiting for your appointment.
Payment methods
For each treatment, you receive, from the very first free appointment, a specific repayment plan in stages depending on the time period we have proposed for your case.
You can choose to pay during your visit with:
cash,
card,
or by deposit in the clinic’s account.
